Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. All refunds granted have a 10% processing fee plus a $35 test kit fee for shipping and handling, per test kit. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your labs must not have been drawn yet and there have not been any appointments with Alane.

To complete your return, we require an email or phone call to our office 678-372-2913 within 30 days of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our office.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your requests is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Banks usually take 5-7 business days.


Any exchanges need to be approved by Alane Wincek and her staff.
